Description
The End marks a major evolution for Wolfgang Van Halen’s Mammoth project — the first album released simply under the name Mammoth, dropping the “WVH” tag and stepping confidently into its own identity. Released in 2025 and pressed on Orange & Yellow Smush Foil vinyl with a signed insert, this edition is one of the most visually striking variants in the album’s lineup.
Wolfgang performs every instrument and vocal, delivering a tight, melodic, hard‑rock record produced by longtime collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette. The album blends modern rock punch with classic Van Halen DNA — riff‑driven, hook‑heavy, and emotionally grounded.
Why It’s in the Crimson Vinyl Catalogue
This is exactly the kind of modern‑era rock release collectors chase:
• Multiple limited variants, with this foil‑cover edition being one of the most desirable.
• Wolfgang’s rising profile — Grammy‑nominated, critically respected, and building a loyal fanbase.
• High production quality, pressed by Precision Record Pressing and plated at GZ Media.
For Crimson Vinyl, it’s a perfect fit: contemporary hard rock with pedigree, presentation, and collector appeal.
