Description

Released in 2026 on classic Black Vinyl, Eclipse sees Xandria pushing deeper into their cinematic, orchestral, and emotionally charged symphonic‑metal sound. The album blends sweeping arrangements, powerful vocals, and rich storytelling across eleven tracks that move between grandeur, melancholy, and cosmic atmosphere.

Side A opens with the instrumental “Syzygy,” a celestial overture that sets the tone for the album’s cosmic themes. The title track “Eclipse” follows with soaring melodies and orchestral drama, while “Colours” and “The Shannon’s Home” explore more intimate, folk‑tinged textures. The first half closes with the epic “The Grand Delusion” and the mystical, desert‑themed “Wave of Tanis.”

Side B continues the journey with “Northstar,” a track full of emotional lift, followed by the theatrical “Masquerade.” The album’s heavier philosophical core emerges in “The Last Generation” and “The Poetry of the Real World,” before closing with “Lore,” a haunting finale steeped in myth and atmosphere.

A must‑have for symphonic‑metal collectors, Xandria fans, and anyone chasing premium 2026 vinyl releases.
