Rage Against the Machine – The Battle of Los Angeles (180g Vinyl 2018 Reissue)

Description

Originally released in 1999, The Battle of Los Angeles is Rage Against the Machine at their most refined and incendiary. The band sharpened their fusion of rap, metal, and political fury into a tightly focused, explosive statement that defined late‑’90s alternative heavy music.

From the rallying cry of “Testify” to the unstoppable groove of “Guerrilla Radio” and the apocalyptic tension of “Sleep Now in the Fire”, the album is a masterclass in controlled chaos, razor‑edged riffs, and Zack de la Rocha’s uncompromising lyrical fire.

This 180g reissue preserves the album’s punch and depth, giving Tom Morello’s guitar wizardry and Brad Wilk’s thunderous drumming the weight they deserve.

Why This Record Is in the Crimson Vinyl Collection

This is one of the most important heavy albums of the ’90s — a Grammy‑nominated, culturally defining release that still hits with full force today.
