Description
Slap-Happy is the feral, unpredictable sixth studio album from Los Angeles punk-grunge trailblazers L7, originally released in 1999 and reissued on limited grey marble vinyl — a must-own for fans of raw, gritty rock with attitude. This edition brings one of the band’s most underappreciated classics back to wax, showcasing L7’s signature blend of punk aggression, alternative edge, and sludgy riffs that helped define the underground scene in the late ’90s.
The record features standout tracks like “Crackpot Baby,” “Freeway,” “War With You,” and “Mantra Down,” delivered with snarling vocals and uncompromising punk energy. Whether you’re deepening your L7 collection or exploring the punk-grunge crossover that influenced a generation, this vinyl pressing captures the band’s fierce spirit in striking visual and sonic form.
