Description
Originally released in 1995, King For A Day… Fool For A Lifetime is one of Faith No More’s most adventurous and stylistically diverse albums — a wild collision of alternative rock, metallic aggression, jazz‑lounge detours, and Mike Patton’s unrestrained vocal experimentation.
The 2016 2×LP reissue from Slash / Rhino Records presents the album on 180‑gram black vinyl in a gatefold sleeve, with the second LP dedicated entirely to rare tracks, remixes, and previously unreleased versions. This edition is widely regarded as the definitive modern pressing thanks to its weight, clarity, and expanded content.
Featuring essential tracks like:
-
“Ricochet”
-
“Evidence”
-
“Digging the Grave”
-
“The Gentle Art of Making Enemies”
…and a full bonus LP including:
-
“Absolute Zero”
-
“I Started a Joke”
-
“Greenfields”
-
“Evidence (Versione Italiana)”
-
“I Wanna Fk Myself” (GG Allin cover)**
This is Faith No More at their most fearless — sharp, sarcastic, experimental, and musically untouchable.
