Bow Wow – Charge (Japanese Pressing LP • 1977 • VG+ Condition • VIH‑6013)

Description

Charge captures Bow Wow in their prime 1977 era — a fiery blend of hard rock, proto‑metal energy, and the melodic flair that helped define Japan’s early heavy‑rock movement. This Japanese Pressing (VIH‑6013) delivers premium late‑70s Japanese mastering and packaging, complete with Obi (VG+) and original liner notes. The vinyl is graded VG+ (Media) and the sleeve VG, making this a strong collector’s copy of a sought‑after Bow Wow release.

The wholesaler notes mention liner wear typical of age, but the vinyl itself remains in VG+ condition, ensuring excellent playback. Musically, Charge is packed with high‑energy rockers like “Jet Jive,” “Rock and Roll Kid,” and the heavy standout “Heavy.” The album blends swagger, melody, and early metal grit — a perfect snapshot of Bow Wow’s formative years.
