Description
Berserker sees Amon Amarth at their most triumphant and cinematic, blending thunderous melodic death metal with epic Norse storytelling and massive arena‑sized choruses. Originally released to critical acclaim, the album captures the band’s talent for transforming Viking mythology and history into powerful anthems filled with soaring melodies, crushing riffs, and battlefield energy.
This 2024 Beige Marble Vinyl edition gives collectors a stunning new presentation of one of the band’s strongest modern releases. From the opening charge of “Fafner’s Gold” and “Crack The Sky” to fan favourites like “Mjölner, Hammer Of Thor,” “Shield Wall,” and “The Berserker At Stamford Bridge,” the album delivers relentless energy from start to finish. The closing run of “Skoll And Hati,” “Wings Of Eagles,” and “Into The Dark” provides a fittingly epic conclusion.
