Dio – Sacred Heart (1985 Japanese Pressing LP • VG+ • 28PP‑1008)

Description

Sacred Heart is Dio at full mid‑80s power — a soaring, theatrical, heavy‑metal epic packed with massive hooks, mystical themes, and Ronnie James Dio’s unmistakable vocal fire. This 1985 Japanese Pressing (28PP‑1008) delivers premium Japanese mastering and packaging, complete with Obi (VG+), original liner notes, and a VG+ sleeve. The vinyl itself is graded VG+, making this a strong collector’s copy of one of Dio’s most iconic albums.

Japanese editions from this era are prized for their quiet vinyl, crisp fidelity, and immaculate presentation. Wholesaler notes mention thin marks on the board and standard age‑related wear, but overall this is a clean, well‑preserved copy with full packaging intact.

Musically, Sacred Heart is loaded with classics: “King of Rock and Roll,” “Rock ’N’ Roll Children,” “Hungry for Heaven,” and the majestic title track “Sacred Heart.” It’s one of the essential albums of Dio’s golden era.
