Description
Stained Class is one of the defining albums of Judas Priest’s 1970s era — a razor‑sharp, forward‑thinking heavy‑metal record that helped shape the sound of the entire genre. Released originally in 1978, the album captures Priest transitioning from hard‑rock roots into the full‑fledged metal attack that would dominate the next decade.
The 2017 180‑gram reissue delivers the album with excellent clarity and weight, housed in a high‑quality sleeve with a printed inner featuring full lyrics. This edition preserves the original sequencing and artwork while giving the record the sonic punch it deserves.
Featuring essential tracks like:
“Exciter”
“Better By You, Better Than Me”
“Beyond the Realms of Death”
“Saints in Hell”
This is Priest at their most intense and uncompromising — a cornerstone of classic heavy metal.
