Flotsam and Jetsam – Doomsday for the Deceiver (LP Picture Disc Vinyl)

Description

Doomsday for the Deceiver is one of the most explosive and fully‑formed debut albums in American thrash metal — a ferocious, technically sharp, and wildly ambitious statement that introduced Flotsam and Jetsam as a major force. Released in 1986, the album blends speed, melody, and progressive flair, anchored by Eric A.K.’s soaring vocals and Jason Newsted’s early songwriting contributions.

This Picture Disc Vinyl edition transforms the album into a premium collector’s piece. The artwork‑printed vinyl gives the record a striking visual presence, making it ideal for display while still delivering the full sonic impact of the original release.

From the ripping opener “Hammerhead” to the frantic “Desecrator,” the atmospheric “Fade to Black,” and the massive title epic “Doomsday for the Deceiver,” the album remains one of the most complete and powerful thrash debuts ever recorded.

Side B continues the assault with “Metalshock,” “She Took an Axe,” and the cult favourite “U.L.S.W.”, closing with the crushing “Der Führer.”

A foundational thrash classic — now in a premium picture‑disc edition.
