Description
Come This Madness sees Europe continuing their modern resurgence, blending the blues‑infused hard rock of recent albums with the grand melodies and hook‑laden songwriting that made them one of Sweden’s most successful rock exports. The album balances powerful rockers, atmospheric ballads, and reflective moments, showcasing a band still pushing forward while retaining its unmistakable identity.
The album opens strongly with “One On One” and “The Cult Of Ignorance”, before the title track “Come This Madness” delivers one of the band’s most powerful modern statements. Tracks like “In A Different World” and “Scandinavian Eyes” highlight Europe’s melodic strengths, while “The Devil’s Back” and “Nothing Can Follow This” provide a fittingly strong finish.
This 2026 release demonstrates why Europe remain one of the most respected melodic hard‑rock bands of their generation, delivering an album packed with memorable hooks, strong musicianship, and mature songwriting.
